1. Can I see the flowers in person before renting?

2. Can I make any customizations?

One of the most common questions we get! We don’t offer custom florals; everything in our collections arrives exactly as photographed on our website, which means no surprises on your big day. But that doesn’t mean you can’t add your own personal flair!

We love seeing how brides bring their unique style to our arrangements. For example, if you're envisioning white, blue, and vibrant pops of color, start with our Millie Collection as a base. Then, add in your own fresh or silk stems to create a look that’s completely your own.

3. Can I make edits to my order once it’s placed?

We’re always dreaming up something new! Our design team typically releases two collections per year. Sometimes it’s a completely new look with a fresh color palette. Other times, it’s a modern refresh of an existing collection—think of it as a little floral facelift to keep things current and on-trend.

Either way, you can always expect something stunning coming your way! And not to worry, if you book a collection and later fall in love with a new release before your event date, you can easily make a switch through your customer portal!

Our wedding flower rentals arrive pre-arranged and are designed to be DIY-friendly, so most couples rely on helpful friends or family to handle setup. We recommend preparing step-by-step setup instructions to make the process quick and stress-free for your crew.

Their experienced team is specially trained to work with our collections, helping bring your floral vision to life with seamless setup, thoughtful styling, and polished finishing touches.
