Netflix’s ‘Cheer’ star; Morgan Simianer, ties the knot with Something Borrowed Blooms

In a story that captivated fans around the world, Morgan Simianer, the spirited and inspiring cheerleader from Netflix's "Cheer" documentary series, recently embarked on a magical journey down the aisle pledging her love and commitment to her partner, Stone. In a wedding that was nothing short of breathtaking every detail mattered. From the venue and attire to the decorations and, of course, the flowers, each element contributes to the overall ambiance of the event.

The Planning

The team at SBBlooms worked with Morgan and her wedding planning team to ensure every floral detail was perfect.

Morgan envisioned classic and timeless wedding flowers to enhance the already elegant Olana; a luxurious mansion estate located in Hickory Creek, Texas. With practicality and sustainability in mind, the choice was simple… premium silk wedding flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms!

The Blooms

After introducing Morgan to the Jane Collection, her eyes lit up with excitement as she started to visualize what her wedding day would look like. We wanted Morgan to see and feel our premium silk blooms in person before coming to a decision about her wedding flowers, so we arranged a preview pack, with samples from the Jane Collection. Needless to say, she fell in love with the quality and overall design!

Morgan tied the flowers in perfectly with her wardrobe selections. Bridesmaids wore Eucalyptus green chiffon dresses in different styles that perfectly matched the Jane Bridesmaids Bouquets for “just an elegant, clean vibe”, Morgan says. Stone and his Groomsmen sported black suits with emerald green ties accented with a Jane Boutonniere (Rosebud) to coordinate with the all-green and white look.

The Ceremony

The couple said their ‘I do’s’ in the backyard of the gorgeous estate with around 200 of their closest family and friends. Morgan's grandfather walked her down an aisle lined with lush Jane Aisle Markers and white rose petals.

Our team created a gorgeous altar space for the wedding that included two descending floral structures flanking the archway. To create this look, we utilized tall and short gold stands wrapped in Jane Garland and Spiral seeded eucalyptus garlands for filler. Jane Grand Centerpieces were placed at the base of the installation, as well as the top of the short stands to top it off. Loose stems such as our needle nose eucalyptus and eucalyptus spray were scattered throughout to fill any gaps for a cohesive floral moment.

The Reception

Jane large centerpieces and grand centerpieces on gold short stands accented the dining tables throughout the space for eye-catching height variation. Twinkling gold glass votives were also displayed for a bit of ambiance to light the night.

Our main focus areas for the reception space were the sweetheart table and mantle installations. The sweetheart table was easy to decorate with Jane Garland, as we simply placed it to spill off the table. On each end of the table, gold Tulip Candlesticks elevated the look for the couple's first meal together. In the corner of the setup, two Gold jugs were ready for Morgan to display her beautiful Bridal bouquet.

The Review

Morgan had the sweetest words to say about her entire experience with Something Borrowed Blooms!

“I truly cannot express how incredible the SBBlooms team is. Working with them was an absolute dream. The only hard part of the process was deciding which florals I wanted - they had so many jaw-dropping options that I just couldn't decide. One part that is overlooked is the fact that I received them by mail the week of the wedding - it's such a relief when the floral team you're working with sends you your flower arrangements early to make sure everything is there, so you have one less thing to worry about on your big day. Speaking of less stress - how about us not having to worry about our flowers wilting during the heat? From the centerpieces at the reception to bridal party bouquets,  and boutonnieres every detail in between, the SBBlooms team made my dream wedding come to life! I couldn't get over the fireplace arrangements and the entire setup of the ceremony. I wish I had another wedding so I can experience this all over again!”
