We are a Rent & Return Floral Boutique. We specialize in creating wedding flower collections using premium silk flowers. The flowers are rented to you for your wedding, for a fraction of the cost of a traditional florist.
When will I receive my flowers?
Your flowers will be delivered to you two days before your wedding.
Do I pay the return shipping?
No! You will receive a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions with your flowers. All shipping costs are included in your order.
Do you ship to my area?
We ship everywhere in the United States of America and Canada, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

We are located in Louisiana, but we ship anywhere in the United States & Canada, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii..
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront. We are an online based company and go through great lengths to show you detailed photos of our flowers. We want you to know exactly what your flowers will look like as they walk down the aisle!
Can I see a sample in person before I order?
You’re welcome to rent any item(s) from any collection as a sample before you place your order. Normal rental and shipping fees will apply.
Do they look real in person?
Yes! We hand select every flower stem that goes into each of our designs. We source our flowers from premium silk floral suppliers. We’re perfectionists, detail oriented, and only want to provide the most gorgeous wedding flowers. Our flowers look fantastic in photos and even better in person!
Can I rent a bridal bouquet for my bridal portraits?
Yes! You can rent a bridal bouquet for your bridal portrait session. Simply select the bouquet of your choice and the dates that coordinate with your session.
Can I purchase my bridal bouquet to have and to hold from this day forward?
Yes! We totally understand that some brides love their bouquets so much, they just can’t say goodbye. And what a perfect keep-sake! So, you can purchase your bouquet for $200.
Do you do custom arrangements?
No, we do not design custom collections by request. We are always working on new designs and concepts and strive to offer a variety of beautiful, on-trend wedding flower options. Feel free to get in touch with us to ask about any collections that might be in the works. Keep in mind that you are able to mix & match pieces from different collections!
Do the centerpieces come with a vase?
Yes, the centerpieces come to you just as they appear! The vases cannot be removed.
My return date falls on a Sunday. What do I do?
No problem, please return to your nearest FedEx on the following Monday.

No problem, please return to your nearest FedEx on the following day.
Can I purchase single flowers to use on my cake?
No. We recommend buying loose, fresh stems to use as cake décor. Also, don’t forget to ask your baker, they might have a better option!
How do I order?
Simply add all of your desired wedding flowers
to your cart. Then, review and agree to our rental policy. Next you will be prompted to submit your payment information. We will charge a 50% deposit at the time of check out. This will secure your wedding flowers for your wedding date.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% balance will be charged when your flowers are being prepared to be shipped. Up to 10 days prior to the wedding date.
When is the deadline to make an order?
We generally recommend placing your order at least 3 months before your wedding. The earlier you book the easier it is for us to guarantee the flowers you want will be available. If you book within 3 months or less, there is a chance that some flowers won’t be available. If this occurs, we will contact you right away to make any changes necessary.
Can I choose pieces from different collections?
Yes! You are welcome to mix & match collections to achieve your desired look.
What about the toss bouquet?
We happily give a complimentary toss bouquet with each wedding order! Choose from either a white or light pink peony bouquet. Order subtotal must be a minimum of $65 to receive the complimentary toss bouquet.
How do I cancel my order?
We require a 90 day notice on all cancellations in order to receive a refund on your deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to email@example.com. If you cancel your order less than 90 days before the rental date you will forfeit the deposit.
How do I change my order?
Changes to your order can be made up to 60 days before your rental date. Submit change order requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I add items to my order?
Yes! You can add items by emailing email@example.com. We will fulfill additions based upon availability.
